A criminal impersonating Blue Demon is killing and looting throughout the city. Now, with the police and irate citizens on his trail, the real Blue Demon must try to clear his name. In his investigation, he uncovers a vast conspiracy with the goal of discrediting and ultimately killing him.

Blue Demon - born Alejandro Munoz Moreno - would make 25 movies between 1965-1980 [HELLISH SPIDERS, POWER OF SATAN, MANSION OF THE 7 MUMMIES, et al]. In the '70s, he would often partner with Santo [SANTO AND BLUE DEMON VS THE MONSTERS] and/or Mil Mascaras [CHAMPIONS OF JUSTICE] for numerous films. He retired from motion pictures in 1980. Blue Demon died from a heart attack December 2000, at age 78.
