This is one of numerous Hot Springs Geisha movies produced in Japan between 1968-72. Each follows a similar plotline, as curious gentlemen visit a remote hot springs resort for a sexual experience with a uniquely gifted prostitute. For this entry, newcomer Reiko Ike stars as a geisha who has a vagina with quivering walls [producing the sensation of worms wiggling around], thus giving Reiko the nickname Mimizu (Earthworm). As with other entries in this series, many explorers visit the hot springs brothel to try her on for size with varied results.

Controversy surrounded this film when actress Reiko Ike announced to the Media that she was 'under age,' claiming that she had lied about her age to Toei studios, and that she was - in fact - sixteen years old. Even though Japan has no law against teens performing in pink movies, Reiko's confession caused a Media frenzy. That publicity turned this film into the studio's biggest hit of 1972. Miss Ike would continue her career into many sexy actioners (FEMALE YAKUZA TALE, SEX AND FURY, et al) before her unexpected retirement in 1980. Incidentally, this film was also the debut for another beloved pink starlet Miki Sugimoto of ZERO WOMAN fame.
